Recommendation Letters
Recommendation letters are an OPTIONAL step in the recruitment process and are NOT REQUIRED to participate in the recruitment process. If a chapter desires a recommendation letter, it is ultimately the chapter's responsibility to obtain the recommendation.
As a reminder, Potential New Members in your area MUST register with the Texas Tech Panhellenic Council even if they register with your local Alumnae Panhellenic Association.
Forms for letters of reference/recommendation can usually be found on the national organization's website or in the national magazine.
For any questions concerning the alumnae organization's Recruitment or letters of reference/recommendation, you should contact your chapter directly.
Please mail your letters of reference directly to the sororities at Texas Tech University. Please address all envelopes "Attention: Recruitment Reference Chair" Addresses are below:
