Student Involvement hosts two on-campus leadership conferences every academic year - the Student Leader Academy in the Fall and the Student Org Academy in the Spring.
Student Leader Academy
The Student Leader Academy is a FREE, On-Campus Leadership Conference for ALL Texas Tech students to learn more about who they are as leaders, build their personal leadership skills, and make connections with other Red Raiders. The Student Leader Academy includes a welcoming keynote speaker, educational breakout sessions, and time for networking with other campus leaders. The Student Leader Academy is designed to impact everyone - from emerging, to accomplished leaders - so all Texas Tech students are encouraged to register and attend.
The Student Leader Academy focuses on an individual's leadership development.
